Obituary of Mr. Jerald Stephan Roberts

Mr. Jerald Stephan Roberts, age 63 of Portland, TN passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018 at his home in Portland, TN. Mr. Roberts was born September 28, 1954 in Sumner County, TN the son of the late Jerald Roberts Sr. Mr. Roberts is survived his wife, Rita Ann Roberts of Portland, TN. Three daughters, Marta Cunningham (Eddie) of Lynchburg, TN, Millisa Jenkins (Timmy) and Monica Johnson both of Portland, TN. His step-mother, Katherine Roberts of Portland, TN. Two step-sisters, Dorothy Dillard (Bobby) of Portland, TN and Serilda Davis of Gulf Shores, AL. Five grandchildren; Corey Jenkins, Brady Nuckols, Faith Nuckols, Charlie Cunningham and Phillip Johnson. A great granddaughter, Zoie Leigh Ann Jenkins and special friends, Charlie and Mary Cummings of Sheridan, IN. Along with his father, Steve was preceded in death by a sister, Valerie Roberts. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Gilbert Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Old Brush Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday and from 9:00 AM until service time Sunday at Gilbert Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be; Corey Jenkins, Brady Nuckols, Corey Young, Billy Smith, Charlie Cummings and Shane Johnson.
