Obituary of Mr. Carl Ray Russell

Mr. Carl Ray Russell, age 68 of Portland, TN passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. Mr. Russell was born January 28, 1950 in Portland, TN the son of the late Carl Edward "Archie" and Virginia "Nell" Russell. Mr. Russell is survived by his daughter, Shanda Huskins (Tracey) of Portland, TN. Two sons, Scotty Ray Russell (Brandy) and Carl Shane Russell (Brooke) both of Portland, TN. Two brothers, Maxey Sircy of Westmoreland, TN and Robby White of Portland, TN. Two sisters, Barbara Keen and Becky West both of Portland, TN. Six grandchildren; Dustin Scott Russell, Samantha Trammel, Bryson Russell, Leah Russell, Austin Huskins and Collin Huskins. Three great grandchildren; Mia Russell, Raylin Huskins and Emberlynn Huskins. Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Restlawn Memory Garden with Bro. Wayne Baird officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until service time at Gilbert Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Kevin Wilson, Jeff White, Stacey Hesson, Dustin Russell, Bryson Russell, Austin Huskins and Collin Huskins.
