Obituary of Anna Parker

Anna Parker, age 63 of Gallatin, passed away Tuesday January 17, 2017. Funeral Service will be Thursday January 19th at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Bill Sorrells and Pastor Barry Ray officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday January 18th from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Thursday January 19th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment will follow at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with Ronald Parker, Donald Parker, Kristopher Ford, Jr, Austin Ford, Andrew Parker, and Will Parker serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Parker was born September 28, 1953 in Davidson County, to the late Mark Elem Wade and Evelyn Louise Higgison Wade. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by son, Michael Ford; brothers, Billy Mark Wade, Wayne wade, and Gary Wade; and sisters, Betty Jordon and Faye Dobbs. She is survived by husband of 23 years, Ron Parker of Gallatin; children, Kris Ford (Melissa) of Bethpage, Misty Thurman (Scott) of Westmoreland, Donald Parker (Keisha) of Gallatin, and Ronald Parker (Shannon) of Gallatin; brother-in-law, Wayne Parker (Hazel) of Adolphus, KY; sisters, Jewell Boone (Frankie) of Gallatin and Shirley Day (James) of Springfield; 16 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
