Obituary of Ted Allen Isaacson

Ted Allen Isaacson, age 84 of Gallatin, passed away Friday January 20, 2017. Funeral Service will be at Freedom Church, 1010 Freedom Church Road, Gallatin, TN 37066, on Friday, January 27th at 10:30 a.m., with Pastor Ken Shaw officiating. Visitation will be at Freedom Church in Gallatin Thursday, January 26th from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Friday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Entombment will follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Gallatin, with Randy Isaacson, Rick Isaacson, Monty Steen, Brandon Steen, Chris Isaacson, Mike Isaacson, Alex Isaacson, Nick Steen, and Ryan Steen serving as pallbearers. Mr. Isaacson was born November 11, 1932 in Chicago, IL, to the late Gustave Isaacson and Rose Hladky Isaacson. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Marshall Isaacson. He is survived by wife of 64 years, Doris Martin Isaacson of Gallatin; sons, Randy Isaacson (Joni) of Gallatin and Rick Isaacson (Kristie) of Gallatin; daughter, Susan Steen (Monty) of Gallatin; 8 grandchildren, Rachael Isaacson, Chris Isaacson (Allie), Mike Isaacson (Katherine), Allison Isaacson, Alex Isaacson, Brandon Steen (Jen), Nick Steen (Lorelei), Ryan Steen (Sarah); 8 great grandchildren, Lincoln Isaacson, Jace Steen, Nash Steen, Jackson Steen, Brooklyn Steen, Lilah Steen, Tanner Steen, Kendall Steen; and one great granddaughter on the way, Annaliese Isaacson. Mr. Isaacson served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Mr. Isaacson is the founder of Servpro, an International Fire and Water Damage Restoration Company, based in Gallatin, Tennessee. Servpro has franchises located throughout the United States and Canada. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 720 Lock 4 Road, Gallatin, TN. 37066.
