Ms. Sylvia Denise Cobb, age 38 of Portland, TN., passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 in Portland, TN. Ms. Cobb was born January 28, 1980 in Nashville, TN. Ms. Cobb is survived by her mother, Earlene Cobb Russell (Ricky) of Portland, TN. Two sons, David and Danny Cobb both of Portland, TN. A daughter, Paris Cobb of Portland, TN. A brother, David L. McEwen (Robin) of Portland, TN. A sister, Angela Fields of Portland, TN. Six nieces, one nephew, six great nieces and three great nephews. Sylvia was loved by many family and friends. Sylvia was preceded in death by her father, Fred Cobb and a sister, Rose Morgan. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday at Gilbert Funeral Home. The family has chosen cremation following the visitation on Sunday.
