Obituary of Mr. Wiley Alonza Alford

Mr. Wiley Alonza Alford, age 84 of Portland, TN passed away Monday, January 1, 2018 at his home in Portland, TN. Mr. Alford was born November 13, 1933 in Washington Parish, LA the son of the late Virgil and Ora May Alford. Mr. Alford is survived by his wife, Wanda B. Alford of Portland, TN. A son, Wiley Alvin Alford (Veronica) of Portland, TN. Two daughters, Cynthia Whitson (Joe) and Vivian Legieza (Kim) of Portland, TN. Five grandchildren; Natasha Grieves, Tina Legieza, Pam Whitson, Jonas Alford and Daniel Alford. Five great grandchildren. Mr. Alford was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Gilbert Funeral Home. The family has chosen cremation following the visitation on Saturday.
