Obituary of Mr. Jeffery David Smith

Mr. Jeffery David Smith, age 56 of Portland, TN., entered into rest Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Hendersonville Medical Center in Hendersonville, TN. Mr. Smith was born January 17, 1961 in Ripley, TN, the son of the late Julie Holland. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Debra Woodard-Smith of Portland, TN. Two sons, Lance and Carlos Woodard both of Portland, TN. Two brothers, Ronnie Holland of Clarksville, TN and Earnest Long of Bowling Green, KY. Four sisters; Clara McGee of Bowling Green, KY, Lisa Holland of Clarksville, TN, Mildred Long of Clarksville, TN and Connie Holland of Clarksville, TN. The family has chosen cremation.
