Obituary of Mr. Lyle Daniel Bridgeford

Mr. Lyle Daniel Bridgeford, age 79 of Portland, TN., passed away Monday, November 27, 2017 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mr. Bridgeford was born November 4, 1938 in East Grand Forks, MN the son of the late Percy and Orva Bridgeford. Mr. Bridgeford is survived by his wife, Reba Jeanette Bridgeford of Portland, TN. A daughter, Rhonda J. Boutwell of Grand Rapids, MI. A brother, Glenn Bridgeford of Bemidji, MN. Two sisters, Marilyn Greve of Worthington, MN and Harriet Gibbons of Bemidji, MN. Lyle was a US Army veteran, worked and retired from the USDA in Illinois and was a member of Dogwood Hills Country Club in Portland, TN. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, December 1, 2017 at Old Brush Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
