Obituary of Mr. Troy Lee Shadowens

Mr.Troy Lee Shadowens, age 43 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017 at his home in Westmoreland, TN. Mr. Shadowens was born March 30, 1974 in Gallatin, TN. Mr. Shadowns is survived two sons, Troy Lee "TJ" Shadowens of Franklin, KY. and Kyren Boards of Cave City, KY. Two daughters, Autumn LaSha Shadowens of Franklin, KY. and Destynee Miller of Richmond, KY. A step-son, Jacob Bradley of Rawlings, NC. Two step-daughters, Jessica Brummett and Jordan Brown both of Westmoreland, TN. His father, Roger Shadowens of Scottsville, KY. A sister, Christy Rowland of Scottsville, KY. A brother, Larry Simpson of Adolphus, KY. and 6 grandchildren. Troy was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Lee Hammock Shadowens and his sister, Camille Shadowens Taylor. He attended Strong Tower Ministries Church in Westmoreland, TN. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Portland, TN. with Bro. Roy Shockley officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM Saturday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
