Obituary of Mr. Stevie A. Nuckols

Mr. Stevie Allen Nuckols, 56 of Portland, TN, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. Mr. Nuckols was a native of Portland, TN. and was the son of the late Odell Mooneyhan and Louise Wix Nuckols. Mr. Nuckols is survived by a daughter, Cheryl (Brian) Rogers of Franklin, KY. 3 brothers; Bobby (Sylvia) Nuckols of Hartsville, TN., Jerry (Judy) Nuckols of Cottontown, TN., and Virgil "Pee Wee" (Marsha) Nuckols of Portland, TN. 2 sisters; Mary Jo (Sam) Beatle of Adolphus, KY., and Connie (Charles) Johnson of Portland, TN. A half brother, Tony (Cathy) Mooneyhan of Portland, TN. 3 grandchildren; Lindsay Allen, Cheyenne Rogers, and Spencer Rogers. Along with his parents, Mr. Nuckols was preceded in death by 3 brothers; Noah, Billy, and James "June Bug" Nuckols. 
 Funeral services will be held Monday, March 10, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at Portland Funeral Chapel in Portland, TN. with Bro. Rick Stamps and Bro. Kris Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Saturday, after Noon Sunday and from 9:00 AM until service time Monday at Portland Funeral Chapel.
