Obituary of Doris Taylor Thurman

Doris Taylor Thurman, age 75 of Gallatin, passed away Tuesday May 12, 2015. Funeral Service will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, with Brother Jerry Peace officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Garden, with friends and family serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Thurman was born in Sumner County on March 29, 1940 to the late Oscar Taylor and Louise Ford Taylor. She is survived by husband, Miller Thurman of Gallatin; son, Tony Thurman of Gallatin; daughters, Jackie Mungle of Hartsville, and Angela Sanders of Gallatin; 5 grandchildren, Crystal Mungle, J.J. Mungle (Cody), Kala Thurman, and Morgan Thurman. and 3 great-grandchildren, Christian Dalton, Kobe Bailey, and Kambri Mungle. Online condolences may be submitted at alexanderfh.info.
