Obituary of Everette Scott Dulin

Everette Scott Dulin, age 86, of Gallatin, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Memorial Service will be Saturday, July 18th at 5:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home with Dr. Larry Yarborough officiating. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. until time of service. Mr. Dulin was born March 2, 1929 in Martin, TN, son of the late Everette Scott Dulin, Sr. and Ruslyn Gardner Dulin. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Erlene Franklin Dulin, beloved dog, Pepper; sister, Evelyn Dulin. He is survived by daughters, Cathy Stellern (Jack) of Knoxville, Lynn Kostadine (Bob) of Gallatin and Debbie Westlund (Terry) of Leawood, KS; grandchildren, Anne McCarley (Brian), Scott Stellern (Kat), Jama Westlund, Tara Westlund, Laura Goodrich (Justin), Kelly Ballinger (Tim) and Bobby Kostadine; great grandchildren, Stella, Noah, Jackson, Kailyn, Ava, William, Anderson and Brody. Mr. Dulin served in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean War as an airborne radio operator. He was a salesman for Continental Steel Corporation while in St. Louis, MO. He started and ran Red River Warehouse in Gallatin until his retirement. He was a member of Gallatin First Baptist Church and Gallatin Noon Rotary Club.
