Obituary of Carl Michael Collins

Carl Collins, born in Nashville TN and a resident of Lebanon TN, passed away on August 2, 2013 at age 60. The family will hold a private memorial service. Mr. Collins is survived by wife Terri L. Collins; children: Melanie Collins, Jennifer Collins, Joshua Collins, and Justin Collins, step-children Joseph Hopkins, Jenna Hopkins, and Jesse Fowler; mother: Robby Sayers; sister: Renee Burlison; brothers: Terrell Robinson and Jacob Robinson; mother and father-in-law: William and Ann Tucker. He was a wonderful father, husband, brother, and son. Rest in peace-we loved and love you.
