Obituary of Richard Leo Bucklad

Richard L. Bucklad, age 82 of Lafayette, Tennessee and formerly of Pittsburgh passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014. He was born on May 5, 1931 in Pittsburgh to the late John Bucklad and Anna Quatman Bucklad. Besides his parents; sons, Richard W. Bucklad, and Edward K. Bucklad, brothers, Walter J. Bucklad and William G. Bucklad also preceded him in death. Richard served in the Army during the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion. When he returned home, Richard took up the trade as a carpenter. On May 8, 1955, he married the former Marie Erna Lins sharing fifty-eight years together. Richard has six children, Gary, Raymond, Nancy, Donna, Richard, and Edward. There will be no service or visitation for Richard Bucklad at the Alexander Funeral Home. Richard is survived by: Wife, Marie Bucklad of Lafayette, TN, Sons, Gary Bucklad of Lafayette, TN, and Raymond (Kyra) Bucklad of Charlotte, NC, Daughters, Nancy (Bob) Taylor of Neptune, NJ, and Donna Bucklad of Virginia, Brother, Robert (Bernice) Bucklad of Westview-Pittsburgh, PA, six Grandchildren, one Great-Grandchild, and several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
