Obituary of Edith Pauline Hesson

Edith Pauline Roberts Hesson was born on November 22, 1925, in Smith County, Tennessee to the late Benjamin Harrison Roberts and Nola Belle Vance Roberts. Edith was a homemaker and a member of the Willette Church of Christ. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Milton Hesson and several brothers and sisters. In her younger days, she enjoyed quilting and reading. Edith was also an excellent cook, and she enjoyed gardening and canning. On Thursday, February 25, 2016, at the age of ninety years, three months and three days, Edith was called to her eternal home. Edith Pauline Frye is survived by; Sons, Doug Hesson, Steve Hesson and wife Betty Ann; Grandchildren, Jeff Hesson and wife, Melissa, Bradley Hesson and wife,Tammy, Anthony Hesson, Nathan Hesson and wife, Danette, Shane Hesson and wife, Kelly, Jennifer Richards and husband, Scott, Brittany Hesson, and Tracy Alexander; Several Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great-Grandchildren, and Nieces and Nephews also survive. Funeral services for Edith Pauline Hesson were conducted on Saturday, February 27, 2016, from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Mark West officiating. Interment followed in the Cartwright Cemetery. Pallbearers were, Steve Hesson, Doug Hesson, Junior Howell, Norman Roberts, Jackie Roberts, and Ira Meador.
