Obituary of Jack P. Butrum

Mr. Jack Butrum Sr. age 83, of Lafayette, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016, at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Jack Butrum Sr., are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, October 13, 2016, at 1 PM from the Chapel of the Alexander Funeral Home with Dr. Jim Ryan officiating. Interment will follow in the Underwood Cemetery with Military Honors. Visitation with the family will begin on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, from 11 AM until 9 PM and again on Thursday from 9 AM until service time at 1 PM. A Masonic service will be held on Wednesday evening at 7 PM from the chapel of the Alexander Funeral Home conducted by Lafayette Lodge #543 F & AM. Mr. Jack Butrum Sr. is survived by; Wife, Katie Butrum Sons, Jack Butrum Jr. (Joan) Jeffrey Butrum (Teresa) Daughters, Beverly Butrum Nanci McGarvey (Gregg) Cheryl Griffin Leanne Pitts (Richard) 11 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren also survive.
