Obituary of Patricia Ann Ketchum

Mrs. Patricia Ann Ketchum, age 66 of Hartsville, TN died Tuesday afternoon, December 24, 2013 at Sumner Regional Medical Center, Gallatin, TN. Preceded in death by: Son, Glen Eakes; Great Grandchild, Rockko Rodriquez and Brother, David Carey. Survived by: 2 Sons, Mr. Buddy (Paula) Mooneyhan-Hartsville, TN and Mr. William (Terri) Eakes Jr.-Antioch, TN; 2 Daughters, Mrs. Carol (Raymond) Hernandez-San Antonio, TX and Ms. Glenda Mooneyhan-San Antonio, TX; 14 Grandchildren; 16 Great Grandchildren and 2 Sisters, Mrs. Linda (Danny) George-Smyrna, TN and Mrs. Teresa (Joe) Flower-Arkansas. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 1 PM Saturday, December 28, 2013 conducted By Bro. James T. Fesler. Interment will be in the Hartsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 10 AM to 8 PM Friday and 10 AM until service time Saturday.
