Survived by: 5 Brothers, Mr. Joe (Nancy) Carter-Hartsville, TN, Mr. Bill (Fiancée, Brenda) Carter-Lafayette, TN, Mr. Jeff Carter-Hartsville, TN, Mr. Charles (Tammy) Carter-Bethpage, TN & Mr. Cecil Carter-Bethpage, TN; 5 Sisters, Mrs. Joyce Thompson-Hartsville, TN, Mrs. Teressa (Randy Blair) Davis-Hartsville, TN, Mrs. Katie (Ronnie) Scruggs-Westmoreland, TN, Mrs. Debbie (Steve) Woodard-Hartsville, TN & Mrs. Brenda Jones-Hartsville, TN; Fiancée, Ms. Bridget Weethee and Step Daughter, Kelsey Weethee. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Wednesday, July 15, 2015 conducted by Bro. Ricky Vance. Interment will be in the Hartsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 10 AM to 8 PM Tuesday and 10 AM until service time Wednesday.
