Mr. Doris Wayne Jones, age 69 of Hartsville, TN passed away Monday evening, September 19, 2016 at St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville, TN. Preceded in death by: Parents, Neal & Myrtle Jones; Sister, Betty Duty and 2 Brothers, Tim & Bernice Jones. Survived by: Wife, Mrs. Sue Jones-Hartsville, TN; 3 Daughters, Mrs. Britney (Don) McGhee-Hartsville, TN, Mrs. Emily (Jamie) Helson-Hartsville, TN and Mrs. Betsy (Matthew) Carman-Hartsville, TN; 4 Grandchildren, Caleb & Cooper Helson, Bryce & Kylie Carman; 2 Step Grandchildren, Kelly Lasater & Paul McGhee; 2 Brothers, Mr. Leraley (Marion) Jones-Lafayette, TN and Mr. Doyle Jones-Lafayette, TN and Sister-in-Law, Mrs. Bernice Jones-Lafayette, TN. Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church at 2 PM Saturday, September 24, 2016 conducted by Bro. Darryl Turner and Bro. Johnny Godwin. Interment will be in the Hartsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 11 AM to 8 PM Friday and 10 AM until service time Saturday at Anthony Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church.
