<p>Mrs. Dorothy Louise Spivey, age 90 of Hartsville, TN passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 at Sumner Regional Medical Center, Gallatin, TN.<br /><br />Preceded in death by: Husband, Radford Spivey Sr.; Parents, Sam Davis Johnson & Stella Ada Mercer Johnson; Brothers, Thomas, Douglas & Chester Johnson and Sister, Joyce Roberson.</p>
<p>Survived by: 3 Sons, Mr. Radford (Lisa) Spivey Jr.-Lafayette, TN, Mr. Danny (Kellie) Spivey-Lafayette, LA and Mr. Randy (Lisa) Spivey-Tampa, FL; 2 Daughters, Mrs. Marie (Gary Dale) Gregory-Hartsville, TN and Mrs. Cindy (Rick) Matheson-Erin, TN; 6 Grandchildren, Daniel (Susan) Spivey, Chris (Nichole) Spivey, Tracy (Travis) Tramel, Tyler (Megan) Spivey, Audrey Spivey & Radissa Spivey; 3 Step Grandchildren, Christine Himel, Rebekah Buorgeois & Phillip Himel; 9 Great Grandchildren, Ryan, Reed, Alex, Bradley, Maci, Madi, Kaedyn, Ariyana & Emma Spivey; 3 Step Great Grandchildren, Khloe Buorgeois, Price Tramel & Ellie Thibodaux; 2 Brothers, Mr. Don Johnson-Boaz, KY and Mr. Finley (Linda) Johnson-Slidell, LA and 5 Sisters, Mrs. Irene Williams-Portland, TN, Mrs. Inez (Jimmy) Dill-Gallatin, TN, Mrs. Ruth (Joe) Caldwell-Gallatin, TN, Mrs. Janice (Carl) Rollin-Amo, Indiana and Mrs. Uteva Gregory-Gallatin, TN.</p>
<p>Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 1 PM Monday, January 23, 2017 conducted by Bro. Darryl Turner. Interment will be in the Hartsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 1 to 9 PM Sunday and 10 AM until service time Monday.</p>
