Obituary of Jason Shane Burleson

Jason “Shane” Burleson, age 42 of Bethpage, passed away Friday November 11, 2016. Funeral Service will be Monday November 14th at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Rev. Michael Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Monday November 14th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Shane was born March 22, 1974 in Ozark. AL. to the late Melvin A. Burleson, Sr. and Betty Ann Campbell Burleson. He is survived by wife Lissa Burleson of Bethpage; step sons, Jaylen Hughes of Bethpage and Jackson Zentz of Bethpage; brothers, Melvin A. “Bubba” Burleson, Jr. in Alabama; sisters, Marsha D. Burleson of Mt. Juliet and Beverly J. Burleson of Dallas, NC; 4 nephews, Todd Dickerson, Brady Dickerson (Rebecca), Josh Johnson (Ashley), and Dakota Holt; 1 niece, Elizabeth Dabbs; and 5 great nieces and nephews.
