Obituary of Evelyn Jewell Boone

Evelyn Jewell Boone, age 73 of Gallatin, passed away Sunday January 22, 2017. Funeral Service will be Wednesday January 25th at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday January 24th from 12:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday January 25th from 12:00 noon until time of service. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens, with Frankie Boone, Jr., Alan Simpson, Joshua Boone, Jacob Boone, Ron Parker, and Don Parker serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Ricky Schell and Johnny Hall. Mrs. Boone was born December 4, 1943 in Sumner County, to the late Billy Mark Wade and Evelyn Louise Higgison Wade. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by grandson, J.T. Boone; brothers, Billy Mark Wade, Wayne Wade, and Gary Wade; and sisters, Betty Jordon, Faye Dobbs, and Anna Parker. She is survived by husband of 54 years, Frankie F. Boone of Gallatin; son, Frankie Ferrell Boone, Jr of Gallatin; sister, Shirley Day (James) of Springfield; 3 grandchildren, Josh Boone, Jonathan Boone, and Jacob Boone; and 3 great grandchildren, McKinnley Kemp, Olivia Boone, and Maddox Kemp.
