Obituary of Melissa Ann Dabbs

Melissa Dabbs, age 67, passed away on March 13, 2017. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. The Funeral Service, conducted by Revered David Hesson and Brother Jason Harlin, is 2 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2017 in the Bryant Chapel of First United Methodist Church in Lebanon. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service. Interment in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens will follow the service. Pallbearers: Jesse Smith, Robert Del Smith, Devin Smith, Connor Adams, Andrew Adams, and Sam Oakley. Mrs. Dabbs was a Registered Nurse after receiving her degree from Murray State. She was a member of the Lebanon First United Methodist Church and loved the beach. She is survived by her daughter Julie Smith (Del), grandchildren Jesse, Robert Del, and Devin Smith, brother Steve McCaun (Cathy), sisters-in-law Shirley Crowson (Wade) and Emogene Wood (Bryan), brother-in-law Doug Dabbs, and countless cousins. She is preceded in death by beloved husband Clyde Anthony “Tony” Dabbs, parents Robert and Lou Ann Easley McCuan, and special cousin Sid Easley.
