Obituary of Virginia Manning Price

Virginia Manning Price, age 97 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017.  Graveside Service will be Sunday, November 26th at 3:00 p.m. at Bethpage Lower Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday, November 26th at Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home (100 Albert Gallatin Avenue) from 12:30 p.m. until time to leave for the cemetery.

Mrs. Price was born October 26, 1920 in Castalian Springs to the late Isaac Wilburn Manning and Margaret Irene Brown Manning.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Carl Wilton Price; and grandson, Tony Jenkins; and brother, Floyd Manning.  She is survived by son, James Wilton Price (Wilma) of Gallatin; daughters, Cornelia Brawner of Portland and Margaret Thurman of Gallatin; 3 grandchildren, Stacey Thurman (Cindy), Cindy Irkliy (Alex), and Mark Jenkins (Meredith); 9 great grandchildren, Tanner Thurman, Ali Thurman, Bryan Jenkins, Aleisha Thompson (Justin), Amy Farris (Dustin), Sarah Bandy (Brandon), T. J. Jenkins, Isabella Irkliy, and Jonathan Irkliy; step-great granddaughter, Courtney Kendall; and 4 great-great grandchildren, Austin Farris, Kylie Farris, Case Thompson, and Liam Bandy.
