Obituary of John Warren Strother

John Warren Strother, age 76 of Cottontown, passed away Thursday, May 03, 2018.  Funeral Service will be Saturday, May 5^th at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home (100 Albert Gallatin Avenue), with Rev. James Johnson officiating.  Visitation will be Friday, May 4^th from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 5^th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow the service at Gallatin Cemetery, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Mr. Strother was born June 28, 1941 in Cottontown to the late John Thomas Strother and Dixie Daughtry Strother.  He is survived by wife of 58 years, Joyce Taylor Strother of Cottontown; son, Tom Strother (Gratia) of Gallatin; daughter, Cindy Donnelly (Don) of Portland; brother, Jerry Strother (Marilynn) of Cottontown; sister, Peggy Jane Carroll of Portland; and 3 grandchildren, John Strother, Bethany Strother, and Shannon Donnelly.  Online condolences may be submitted at alexanderheritagefh.com.  Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home has been honored with arrangements.
