Obituary of Charlene Harwell

Charlene Harwell, age 78 of Gallatin, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018.  Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 10th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home, 100 Albert Gallatin Avenue, with Bro. James Bell officiating.  Visitation will be Friday, November 9th from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 10th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow the service at Crestview Memory Gardens, with grandchildren, Brandon Bandy, Cameron Bandy, Josh Frazier, Jeremy Owen, Michael Owen, and Janina Turner serving as pallbearers.

Mrs. Harwell was born December 26, 1939 in Stafford, VA to the late Floyd D. Wilson and Sarah Louise Pender Wilson.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Bobby Ray Harwell.  She is survived by son, Brian Christy DePalma of Atlantic Beach, FL; daughters, Tina Louise Frazier (Mark) of Fredericksburg, VA, Nina E. Burgess of Henrico, VA, Renee Owen of Gallatin, and Shirlene Bandy (Todd) of Adolphus, KY; brother, Clayton Durwood Wilson of Charlottesville, VA; sisters, Shirley Marchal (Frankie) of Alexandria, VA, and Geri Walls (Albert) of Elizabethtown, KY; 12 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.  Online condolences may be submitted at alexanderheritagefh.com.  Alexander Family Heritage Funeral Home has been honored with arrangements.
