Obituary of Terry Weeks

Terry Weeks, born on December 31, 1984, passed away on December 31, 2018 at age 34.  The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. and on Friday from 12 p.m. until the service.  The Funeral Service, conducted by Sid Cripps, is 1 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2019 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home.  Interment will follow the service.  Pallbearers will be family and friends. 

               Mr. Weeks was a devoted family man and Mama’s Boy who also had a love for the L.A. Dodgers and the Philadelphia Eagles.  He attended Friendship Christian School and graduated from Lebanon High School. He worked as a dispatcher and as a police officer for the Lebanon Police Department, and then an officer with the Wilson County Sheriff’s Department before becoming a truck driver for Hornady Trucking.  He is survived by wife Kathryn Weeks, step-children Austin Billups and Pearl Goodbread, father Billy Weeks and mother Candi Sanders Weeks, grandparents William H. (Suzanne) Weeks, and Bonnie (Bobby) Lynn, sister Brittany Weeks, aunts and uncles Vickie (Mike) Taylor, Carol (Dr. Bob) Kaelin, Darryl Weeks, Debbie (Charlie) Barr, Angela (Ronnie Lee) Brown, and Shane Weeks, nephew and niece Kylar and RayLeigh Weeks, numerous cousins, including special cousin Justin Taylor, and constant companion, cat Homer.  He is preceded in death by grandmother Auveneen Weeks and grandfather Leroy Sanders.
