Baby, Carter Steel Hayes went to Heaven on Monday, October 21, 2019. Carter is preceded in death by his brother, Lincoln Hayes. He is survived by mom, Kayla Rodman Hayes and dad, Brandon Hayes both of Portland; brothers, Tristan Weber, Gavin Weber, and Elliot Hayes, all of Portland; maternal grandmother, Debra and Daniel Crisco of Mt.
