Anita Kathleen Lowery, or Kathy as she was called by those who knew and loved her, was born in Natchez, MS on April 2nd, 1955. She was raised in Saint Joseph, LA and moved to Tennessee in 1966. A graduate of McGavock High School in Donelson, Kathy attended the University of Tennessee. After working for UPS for nearly nineteen years, she began a very successful and iconic career in the staffing industry, with industry leader Adecco that spanned almost 25 years. Although she was a very successful business woman that mentored many people over the years, she would say that her greatest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren. Her greatest joys in life were spending time with her family, and watching her grandchildren sing, cheer, and play baseball. She is preceded in death by her father, Albert Venson Lowery and step-father John B. Redditt. She is survived by her mother, Margie Redditt of Hendersonville, TN; husband, David L. Pippin of Bethpage, TN; children, Allison (Grant) Gentry Bowers of Bethpage, TN, Rachael (Justin) Thompson of Gallatin TN, and David K. (Lisa) Pippin of Cottontown, TN; brothers Rickey (Kim) Lowery of Monroe, LA, John B.
