Obituary of Derryl Henry, Sr

Derryl Henry, Sr, age 79 of Gallatin, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020. Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, November 28th at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday, November 28th from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 6:00 p.m. Mr. Henry was born February 15, 1941 in Whitwell, TN to the late Walter Evans Henry and Frances Bowlin Henry. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife, Suzette “Suzie” Draper Henry; and sister, Deanna Henson. He is survived by son, Derryl “Woodstock” Henry, Jr (April) of Gallatin; and 2 grandchildren, Payton Henry and Dalton Henry. He served our country in the United States Navy. Mr. Henry owned and operated “Portraits by Derryl” for over 40 years. He coached Little League Baseball for 5 years and Midget League Football.
