Obituary of Alice Hinton Hines

Alice Hinton Hines, age 77 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2020. There will be a private Graveside Service for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethpage United Methodist Church, 3140 Highway 31 E, Bethpage, TN, 37022 or the American Diabetes Association, 220 Great Circle Road, Suite 134, Nashville, Tn 37228. Mrs. Hines was born August 4, 1943 in Memphis to the late Raymond Blackburn Hinton and Norene Fykes Hinton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, James Lee Hines; and daughter, Jennifer Hines. She is survived by daughter, Leigh Anne Crampton (John) of Gallatin; sister, Jean Hunnicutt (Billy) of Gallatin; 2 grandchildren, Cory Crampton (Alle) and Kaitlyn Phillips (Cody); and 4 great grandchildren, Clayton Crampton, Montgomery Crampton, Beau Phillips, and Neyland Phillips. Mrs. Hines worked for the Housing Authority and retired from Sumner County General Sessions Court after many years of service. Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
